香りと銅版画
銅版画が描く「灯」と「影」のあわいに、作品の世界観を表現した香りがそっと寄り添う。香りが作品に新たな彩りを添え、観る人それぞれの記憶や感情に触れながら、心の奥に物語を静かに立ち上がらせる展示
Scent & Etching
Set within the delicate interplay of light and shadow expressed through etching, a scent inspired by the artwork quietly accompanies the experience.
The fragrance adds a new dimension to the work, gently evoking each visitor’s memories and emotions, allowing a unique story to unfold within.
An exhibition exploring a new way of experiencing art through the harmony of sight and scent.

AI時代に改めて問われる「人間らしさとは何か」というテーマに対し、香りを通して体験するインスタレーション作品を制作。香りをきっかけに記憶が他者の言葉や体験と交わり、揺らいでいく過程を通して、「記憶は誰のものか」という問いを投げかける。人間の曖昧さや揺らぎも、人間らしさの一部として静かに見つめる作品。

(National Open Call / Six-Month Permanent Exhibition at Common Nexus, Nagoya University)
Created in response to the question, “What does it mean to be human in the age of AI?”, this immersive scent installation invites visitors to experience memory through fragrance.
As scents evoke memories that intertwine with the words and experiences of others, the boundaries of those memories begin to blur, raising the question: “Whose memory is it?”
The work quietly reflects on the ambiguity and fluidity of human memory, suggesting that such uncertainty is itself an essential part of what makes us human.
Before the Name｜MIWA KONDO EXHIBITION
アーティスト・近藤美和氏の個展にて、大型作品「宇宙樹」「原初の渦」をテーマに香りを制作。作品の世界観を嗅覚で表現し、それぞれの展示空間の香りをデザインする。
Created bespoke scents inspired by the large-scale artworks The Cosmic Tree and The Primordial Vortex for artist Miwa Kondo’s solo exhibition.
Each fragrance was designed to evoke the essence of the artworks through the sense of smell, creating an immersive olfactory experience that extended the narrative of each exhibition space.

空間演出や香りのプロダクトを通して、街の中で森を感じてもらうこと。
その体験が、森への興味や関心を育み、実際に森を訪れ、その現状や魅力に触れるきっかけとなる。
香りを通して、人と森をつなぐ。
その小さなつながりの積み重ねが、森の未来へとつながっていく。
Forestory は、香りを通して人と自然を結び、未来への循環を生み出すプロジェクトです。
Forestory is a circular scent project that transforms forest resources into fragrance and brings the essence of the forest into the city.
Through scent design for spaces and original fragrance products, we create opportunities for people to experience the forest in their everyday lives.
These experiences inspire curiosity about forests, encouraging people to visit them and discover their beauty as well as the challenges they face.
By connecting people and forests through scent, we believe that each small connection contributes to the future of our forests.
Forestory is a project that uses scent to reconnect people with nature and create a cycle for a more sustainable future.
